Desert Horizon Hospice was founded by three individuals who share a deep commitment to improving how hospice care is delivered.

Justin has dedicated his life to caring for others. What began with his family’s daycare as a child grew into a lifelong passion for serving through assisted living and hospice care. His compassion and hands-on experience are at the heart of our philosophy.

Brent has spent his career in assisted living and developmental disability services. His extensive healthcare experience and leadership guide our clinical and operational excellence.

Taylor brings a background in software and process optimization, focused on building systems that make care more reliable and seamless for patients and families.

You’ll have an experienced team by your side, physicians, registered nurses, certified nurse aides, medical social workers, counselors, and trained volunteers; all dedicated to helping you and your loved ones manage illness and find comfort at home. Together with your physician, we create a personalized plan of care to manage symptoms, support emotional needs, and ensure quality of life. Our team makes regular visits, while a nurse and physician remain on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide guidance whenever it’s needed.

Our Medical Directors also work closely with each patient’s existing doctor, providing an added layer of expertise and support. While some families choose for one of our Medical Directors to serve as the attending physician, most often we coordinate care alongside your current provider to ensure a seamless experience.
