During the consultation, a member of the Desert Horizon Hospice team will listen carefully to your situation, answer your questions, and explain how hospice care can bring comfort, dignity, and support to both the patient and the family. We will walk through eligibility, what daily care looks like, and how hospice services are provided in the home or facility.

Hospice care is fully covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance, meaning there is no cost to the patient or family.
