A 30-minute hospice consultation is a chance for patients and families to learn what hospice care really means — and to decide if it’s the right time to begin. During this visit, a member of our Desert Horizon Hospice team will:

• Listen to your story and understand your current needs and goals

• Explain hospice services and how they can support comfort, dignity, and quality of life

• Answer questions about eligibility, costs, and what care looks like day-to-day

• Outline next steps, including how care begins if you choose to move forward

The conversation is relaxed and pressure-free. Our goal is simply to provide clarity, compassion, and guidance so you can make the best decision for yourself or your loved one.
